TRCU认证-TRCU DECLARATION,(EAC Declaration )DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY OF THE CUSTOM UNION
The declaration according to the technical regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU) is one of the forms of mandatory conformity assessment. The form and content of the declaration are regulated by the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission of December 25, 2012 N 293. Registration became possible from February 2012, after the entry into force of the first TR of the Customs Union.
The Declaration of Conformity of the Customs Union is subject to registration in the Unified Register of Declarations, where it is possible to obtain information on the compliance documents issued and entered in the register.
Registration is carried out by a certification body included in the National part of the Unified Register of Certification Bodies of the Customs Union.
One of the key differences between the declaration and the certificate is that it is issued by the applicant in a prescribed form, but on sheets of white A4 paper, not on official numbered paper. More detailed information can be obtained in the article “Differences between the certificate and the declaration of the Customs Union”
For a number of Technical Regulations and at the decision of the applicant, the confirmation of compliance in the form of a declaration of the Customs Union can also be carried out in the form of CU certification, provided that the applied certification scheme will be equivalent to the required declaration for this product.
By equivalence, it should be understood that the degree of evidence of compliance for certification should be at least equal to that of a similar declaration scheme.
Our certification body is accredited to issue certification for products to verify their compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union for:
